Blackfriars Restaurant / The Hooked-on Group is committed to good environmental practice and aims to reduce the environmental impact of all our business activities, wherever practicably possible, for example, by:
o recycling and using recycled products,
o fitting low-energy long-life bulbs,
o minimising our use of gas hobs,
o fitting water restrictors,
o composting and growing vegetables and herbs on site

• We will ensure that our Business meets the minimum requirements set by environmental law in the country and that it fulfils its legal Duty of Care requirements for waste disposal
• We are committed to continual environmental improvement in our business and we will aim to include & train the staff employed by the Business in our environmental programme(s)
